Where we ship

For now, we only ship within the United States. We hope to add more countries later.

Shipping cost

US orders ship at a flat rate of $4.95.

How long it takes

Each tee is made to order, so there are two steps:

Production: usually 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.
Shipping: usually 3–4 business days after it leaves production.

Most US orders arrive within 5–9 business days of ordering. Business days don't include weekends or holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons (especially the holidays), carrier delays, and stock issues can add time. If you need something by a certain date, please order early.

If you order more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or late packages

Running late? Give it a few extra days, since carriers sometimes run behind.
Still not there? If it's been more than 5 business days past your estimated delivery date, email us at ingramjam@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
Report it within 21 days of your estimated delivery date. We can't accept lost-package claims after that.
Marked delivered but you can't find it? Check with neighbors, your building's mailroom, and around your porch or doorstep first. Then email us and we'll help you follow up.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't change it once your order is in production. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we can reship it after you confirm the right address, but you'll need to cover the reshipping cost.
